Whisky Sour

Ever enjoyed egg white in the form of a cocktail?

For one drink you need

  • 4 clKyrö whisky
  • 2 clfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1.5 clsugar syrup
  • 1egg white
  • Lots of ice

How to make it

  1. Separate the egg white.
  2. Shake the whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup with the egg white in a shaker or a jar with a lid. A good hard shake makes a delicious foam.
  3. Add plenty of ice and shake well once more. Pour into a glass and garnish with orange peel.

TipA pinch of salt really brings out the flavours!
